Of the 55 total responses from Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce, Perry Chamber of Commerce and Peach County Chamber of Commerce, some participants are members of more than one chamber. Some participants could have responded to more than one survey. There were 47 responses last year.

The three different chambers’ open-ended answers to the open-ended question, “What do you see as the single greatest challenge facing your business that can and should be addressed by the Houston and Peach County Legislative Delegation in Atlanta 2011?” are listed below.

36 Robins Regional Chamber members responded:

-Need More Quality Jobs

-State taxes... How can we go to no state tax like Florida.

-Defense cuts and BRAC

-Increasing visitation to our region: creating a desirable destination with funding to promote it; educating legislators that tourism is the 2nd largest industry in Georgia.
