Warner Robins Police Arrest Two Armed Robbery Suspects | News
Warner Robins Police have two armed robbery suspects in custody.
James Ray Ussery, 36, of Centerville, was arrested on July 2 in Effingham County between Statesboro and Savannah.
He's been charged in connection with the June 23 armed robbery of a person at Parkway Memorial Gardens Cemetery, the June 25 armed robbery of a Dollar General in Byron, the June 28 armed robbery of a Waffle House in Warner Robins, and the June 29 armed robbery of a Dollar General in Warner Robins.
After a joint investigation between the Warner Robins Police and Peach County Sheriff's Department, Ussery was taken into custody without incident by members of the US Marshall Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Ussery was transported to the Houston County Jail.
On July 6, Kelli Leigh Proctor, 35, of Centerville, surrendered to Warner Robins Police on July 6 and was transported to the Peach County Jail.
She has been charged with Party to the Crime in the armed robberies at the Warner Robins Waffle House at 12021 Watson Boulevard and the Byron Dollar General at 15 Peach Road.
Investigators were able to locate Ussery because of an anonymous tip submitted through the Warner Robins Police Department's TipSubmit service.
