Pedestrian Killed in Perry, Weather Blamed
A pedestrian was killed Friday night on Sam Nunn Boulevard near the David Ragan Ford in Perry.
That's according to Georgia State Patrol Sgt. Crystal Griffen.
She says Joe Craft stepped into the roadway and was hit by a car after "miscalculating" his step because of weather conditions.
The driver of the car is a 21-year-old who has not been charged with any crime.
Griffen says the investigation has not closed but no charges are anticipated.
